The admin_sessions entity stores the administration panel sessions, so they survive a server restart and are shared by every server.

Managing admin sessions in the admin panel

Admin sessions are under the Admin Sessions link of the admin sidebar (/reldens-admin/admin-sessions). Delete a row to close that session. See Admin Panel Guide for the session rules.
